This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete sales cycle for both inbound and self-sourced Memurai opportunities, spanning from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Qualify, progress, and finalize a pipeline of SMB and mid-market enterprise prospects targeting developer and IT buyer personas.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance lead-generation channels, spearhead outbound campaigns, and provide feedback on messaging and content deficiencies.
• Follow up on leads generated by channel partners, resellers, and technology ecosystem partners.
• Actively participate in the design and documentation of Memurai’s sales process, which includes creating playbooks, qualification frameworks, and maintaining CRM hygiene practices.
• Represent Memurai in online communities, partner discussions, and customer calls with professionalism and technical expertise.
• Manage the customer renewal process, involving proactive outreach, health checks, and negotiations aimed at driving retention and minimizing churn.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and upselling within existing customer accounts.
• 3–7 Years of B2B SaaS Sales Experience: A solid track record in a quota-carrying capacity selling technical products to developers, DevOps teams, or IT infrastructure buyers, with demonstrated success in closing both inbound and self-sourced opportunities.
• Technical Domain Knowledge: Experience in selling data infrastructure products — such as Redis, MongoDB, Percona, Couchbase, or similar database and caching solutions — is highly advantageous.
• CRM Proficiency: Comfortable utilizing Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar CRM and sales tools to maintain precise pipeline data, activity logs, and uphold sound hygiene practices.
• Sales Process Collaboration: A sincere eagerness to enhance sales processes, not merely adhere to them — including contributions to playbooks, qualification frameworks, and go-to-market documentation.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the confidence to lead discovery calls, perform technical qualifications, and navigate deals independently.
