Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Build and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and lead follow-ups.

• Conduct discovery calls and meetings to assess business challenges, technical requirements, and stakeholder priorities.

• Evaluate prospects based on budget, authority, need, timing, or similar assessment frameworks.

• Create and deliver proposals, including ROI models and solution summaries, that align with customer goals and Integris service offerings.

• Collaborate with CX and internal teams to define and price customized technology solutions.

• Manage the sales process from the initial contact to closing, ensuring consistent follow-up and clear next steps throughout the cycle.

• Accurately record all prospecting, opportunity, and sales activities in ConnectWise or other CRM systems.

• Achieve or surpass monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs related to pipeline growth, conversion rates, and client acquisition.

• Engage in team meetings, training sessions, and sales reviews to enhance sales effectiveness and remain updated on product knowledge.

• Maintain professional expertise by keeping abreast of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

• More than 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the MSP, SaaS, or IT services industries.

• For Senior Account Executives: Over 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the MSP, SaaS, or IT services sectors.

• At least 3 years in an Account Executive position or a similar strategic role.
