This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Drive sales growth through focused business development initiatives.
• Emphasize the acquisition of new clients.

• Meticulously record customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Observe market trends, analyze competitor activity, and understand customer behavior.
• Conduct customer visits in northern or southern Germany, depending on your place of residence.
• Participate in trade shows to forge new business connections.
• Bachelor's degree (HBO/University of Applied Sciences) in Business Administration, Sales Management, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience in a similar position.
• Background in B2B sales (knowledge of the food and beverage sector is advantageous).
• Fundamental understanding of market research and consumer analysis.
• Experience in a dynamic, international, and rapidly evolving environment.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesloft, Dynamics, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
• Residence in North Rhine-Westphalia (Cologne, Dortmund), Hamburg, Frankfurt, or the Stuttgart area.
• Fluent in German and, ideally, English.
• Availability to work in Arnhem for two weeks during onboarding (accommodation will be provided).
