This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Provide support to 3–4 client/project teams
• Implement existing and new client initiatives
• Manage assigned projects with moderate oversight
• Act as a day-to-day support member for multiple client accounts
• Organize client calls, manage agendas and next steps, and identify follow-up requirements
• Conduct or supervise research, media monitoring, and relationship-building efforts for clients
• Create and proofread client documents such as press releases, Q&As, fact sheets, social media posts, results reports, and activity summaries
• Coordinate with company partners and vendors on client projects
• Oversee comprehensive projects and events, including logistics, timelines, and deadlines
• Contribute creative ideas to client strategy documents
• Engage in new business brainstorming sessions and conduct research on new business initiatives
• Assist in the development of presentations and responses to RFPs
• Pursue training on company processes and protocols
• Collaborate with interns, Assistant Account Executives, specialized teams, partners, and vendors
• Guide and mentor interns and Assistant Account Executives as required
• Ensure precision, grammar, fact-checking, and referencing in written materials
• Take initiative to lead client interactions and enhance client communication skills
• Report to the Account Supervisor or Account Director
• Typically 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in communications, marketing, business, or a health/science-related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 2–5 years of communications experience
• Preferably have experience in healthcare communications
• Strong interpersonal abilities and capacity to build cross-functional relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Excellent attention to detail
• Superior organizational and project management skills
• Exceptional verbal, written, and listening communication abilities
