Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Actively engage with and educate the family law community through organized workshops, webinars, curated discussions, industry conferences, and training sessions, enhancing the visibility of the OFW brand within the sector.

• Create new sales opportunities through a combination of outbound calling and emailing, as well as following up on marketing initiatives.

• Perform web-based and in-person product demonstrations.

• Secure new referrers by encouraging them to recommend OurFamilyWizard for pertinent cases.

• Meet and surpass weekly/monthly performance metrics and quotas.

• Oversee prospect status and data in HubSpot to ensure all interactions and communications are logged, recorded, and kept up to date.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with new referrers to transform them into advocates and repeat referrers for OurFamilyWizard.

• Document and convert insights and feedback into actionable suggestions for our customer experience, IT, and product teams.

• Account management is a vital aspect of the role, ensuring continuous referrals through account growth, regular check-ins, and serving as a trusted advisor.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle sales experience managing the entire process from prospecting through closing and ongoing relationship management.

• Willingness to travel (~50% of your time) within your territory (Australia & New Zealand) to engage with professionals, attend conferences, and strengthen community connections.

• Demonstrated success in building and nurturing long-term relationships with partners or clients to foster sustained growth.

• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and data-driven sales strategies to effectively manage pipelines, monitor performance, and uncover opportunities.

• Excellent presentation and consultative communication skills, capable of establishing trust, connecting with legal professionals, and clearly illustrating how OurFamilyWizard can be a valuable solution for their clients.

• A curious and adaptable mindset—quick to learn new tools, adjust messaging to your audience, and modify strategies based on feedback and results.

• Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills to handle multiple relationships, travel obligations, and outreach initiatives concurrently.

• **Bonus Points:**

• Experience in developing partnerships, referral programs, or strategies for territory expansion.

• Previous experience in family law, legal tech, or SaaS sales environments.
