This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Establishing and developing new clients within the insurance and TAA ecosystem
β’ Managing the entire sales cycle β from lead qualification to contract finalization
β’ Creating and implementing sales strategies for insurers, broker organizations, and partners
β’ Presenting our solutions at the C-level and to decision-makers
β’ Building long-term customer relationships and strategic partnerships
β’ Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams
β’ Monitoring the market and identifying new business opportunities in the insurance sector
β’ Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the insurance, FinTech, or InsurTech sectors
β’ Experience with complex sales cycles and enterprise clients
β’ Strong network or understanding of the insurance industry (carriers, brokers, MGAs, platforms)
β’ A pronounced closing mentality and entrepreneurial mindset
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills
β’ Structured and independent working style
β’ Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level in spoken and written)
