This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership and develop the Southeast territory from start to finish: MSOs, independent cultivators, and new licensees.

• Oversee an active portfolio of commercial cannabis cultivation accounts with consistent outreach and on-site engagement.

• Generate new business by leveraging existing Southeast cultivation relationships and targeted outreach to licensed MMTCs.

• Perform on-site visits with head growers and cultivation directors to assess programs, system types, and supply needs.

• Suggest the appropriate products for each customer's growing style, substrate selection, IPM program, and region-specific environmental challenges.

• Work in collaboration with the Jacksonville 3PL warehouse to guarantee accurate and timely order fulfillment for all Southeast accounts.

• Keep an accurate and current CRM record of all prospect and account activities.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience working in or selling to commercial cannabis cultivation within the Southeast.

• Established relationships with head growers, cultivation directors, or procurement contacts at licensed cultivation operations in the Southeast.

• Practical cultivation knowledge, including substrate selection, IPM programs, environmental controls, and region-specific growing challenges.

• Familiarity with product categories such as rockwool and coco growing media, biological and chemical IPM, and commercial PPE/consumables.

• A proven history of territory ownership.

• Experience utilizing CRM platforms and managing sales pipelines.

• Located in Florida; preferably in Jacksonville, Orlando, or Tampa for effective Southeast coverage.

• A valid driver’s license is required; regular travel to customer sites is necessary.
