This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
β’ Manage the entire sales process from initial discovery to final closure
β’ Deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential clients
β’ Assess both inbound and outbound leads to pinpoint high-value prospects
β’ Develop and oversee a robust sales pipeline utilizing CRM software
β’ Effectively negotiate pricing, contracts, and successfully close deals
β’ Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and marketing teams to enhance lead quality
β’ Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
β’ Regularly achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly revenue goals
β’ 2β5+ years of experience in a closing position (Account Executive, Sales Executive, BDM)
β’ Solid foundation in outbound sales and lead conversion
β’ Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
β’ Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
β’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities
β’ Comfortable operating in a remote, target-oriented setting
β’ Highly organized with excellent pipeline management capabilities
β’ Nice-to-Have: Experience in selling SaaS, digital services, or technology products
β’ Understanding of US or UK markets
β’ Experience in fast-paced startups or agency environments
β’ Knowledge of sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger
