This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Conduct engaging discovery and closing discussions with pre-qualified leads.
• Establish strong relationships and trust with key decision-makers.
• Analyze client challenges and offer customized high-ticket solutions.
• Confidently address objections and steer prospects towards making purchase decisions.
• Regularly achieve or surpass monthly revenue and conversion objectives.
• Keep precise records in CRM systems (such as HubSpot and Salesforce).
• Work alongside SDRs and marketing teams to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
• Continuously improve sales scripts, methodologies, and closing techniques.
• Over 3 years of experience in high-ticket sales or closing positions.
• Demonstrable success in closing deals.
• Strong consultative selling and objection-handling capabilities.
• Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales processes.
• Proficient in using CRM platforms (like HubSpot and Salesforce).
• Exceptional communication abilities (both verbal and written).
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Experience in selling SaaS, coaching, consulting, or agency services is highly preferred.
