This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the entire sales process from initial discovery calls to finalizing deals.
• Engage with and qualify both inbound and outbound leads.
• Provide customized product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline utilizing CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Effectively negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Work in conjunction with SDRs and marketing teams to enhance pipeline growth.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and forecasts.
• Regularly achieve or surpass sales targets.
• 2–5+ years of experience in a closing sales position (Account Executive, Sales Executive, or similar).
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
• Strong background in outbound sales and lead conversion.
• Proficient in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.

• Experience in SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, or tech-enabled services.
• Familiarity with various sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger).
• Experience selling in US, UK, or international markets.
