This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Oversee all new business prospects from various sources, guiding them from the initial connection to closure.
• Assess inbound leads and navigate them through the sales pipeline.
• Identify prospective companies and implement outbound sales strategies targeting decision-makers and influencers.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with HubSpot sales and customer success personnel.
• Document and maintain all sales activity data within Huble systems.
• Provide accurate forecasting reports and track activity levels to achieve sales goals.
• Collaborate closely with the Huble marketing team to drive the generation of inbound leads.
• Demonstrated experience and success in a B2B sales position within a digital consultancy, agency, or CRM software firm.
• Technically proficient with the ability to conduct discovery meetings autonomously, without requiring a sales engineer.
• Tech-savvy strategist skilled in leading the pre-sales process and accurately defining technical deliverables for complex projects.
• Capable of conducting software demonstrations.
• Experienced in negotiating with C-level executives from mid-market to large enterprises.
• Comfortable and confident in telephone communications.
• Proficient in developing commercial solutions and proposals through a consultative approach rather than relying solely on a preset product list.
• Adept at presenting work and articulating ideas clearly and concisely.
• Skilled in driving and managing multiple internal stakeholders during sales interactions.
