This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Interact with incoming leads to deliver compliant information while connecting empathetically to grasp each homeowner's situation.
• Act as the primary contact throughout the investment journey, offering status updates, addressing inquiries, and requesting documentation, all while handling a high volume of daily calls.
• Collaborate with internal teams (processors, underwriters, etc.) to ensure streamlined processes for homeowners.
• Utilize Salesforce and Hometap's proprietary Hub to manage your pipeline, keeping applications current and communicating next steps to homeowners and internal stakeholders.
• Develop expertise in Hometap's home equity investment (HEI) product and distinctive sales methodology, actively engaging in training and ongoing coaching.
• Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Remain informed about the competitive landscape and work with colleagues across originations, marketing, and legal to address questions and enhance the homeowner experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a sales role with quotas, showcasing proven closing skills.
• Experience overseeing a complete sales cycle from initial outreach to contract/agreement execution.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Technical savvy to learn internal tools; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to shifting priorities.
• Strong ethical judgment and dedication to regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to obtain NMLS licensing (Hometap will provide sponsorship); active NMLS licensing is a plus.
