This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to create new business opportunities.
• Assess leads and guide prospects throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.
• Market vendor partnership solutions and associated real estate services to businesses located in the US.
• Utilize AI tools and sales technology to enhance activity volume and boost efficiency.
• Keep an accurate record of the pipeline, deal stages, and notes within the CRM system.
• Create and refine outreach messages and sequences based on effective strategies.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly pipeline and revenue goals.
• Demonstrated experience in outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales closing.
• Comfortable selling to US-based businesses across various sectors.
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to research, write, and enhance sales workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills for communication with US clients.
• Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously.
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems and disciplined in follow-up practices.
• Experience collaborating with US-based clients.
• Preferred background in vendor partnerships, B2B services, or sales related to real estate.
• Preferred experience with AI-powered sales tools (e.g., Apollo, Clay, ChatGPT, or similar).
• Familiarity with rapid, multi-channel outreach strategies is preferred.
