This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities with producers, traders, and distributors.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure and ramp-up.
• Collaborate with distributors and partners to facilitate contract execution.
• Maintain a consistent and organized management of the pipeline within the CRM.
• Support commercial expansion in key agricultural regions of LATAM (Colombia, Central America, and Mexico).
• Work alongside customer success managers to ensure smooth onboarding and renewals.
• Represent Layers at fairs, events, and client meetings.
• Provide customer feedback to the product team to support continuous improvements.
• Contribute to the refinement of sales processes and go-to-market strategy.
• Proven experience in agricultural sales, with a robust network of contacts at decision-making levels.
• Consultative profile: ability to listen first, understand customer needs, and build proposals based on ROI.
• Confidence in managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, from agronomists to senior executives.
• Knowledge of the commodities market (soy, cotton, corn, sugarcane) and mills is a significant advantage.
