This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.
• Identify and create new business opportunities with producers, traders, and distributors
• Manage the sales cycle from start to finish, including lead generation, closing, and ramp-up
• Collaborate with distributors and partners to facilitate contract agreements
• Maintain a consistent and organized management of the pipeline within the CRM
• Support business expansion in key agricultural regions of LATAM (Colombia, Central America, and Mexico)
• Work alongside customer success managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process and renewals
• Represent Layers at fairs, events, and client meetings
• Share customer feedback with the product team to support continuous improvements
• Contribute to refining sales processes and the go-to-market strategy
• Proven experience in agricultural sales, with a strong network of contacts at decision-making levels
• Consultative profile: ability to listen first, understand customer needs, and build ROI-based proposals
• Confidence to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, from agronomists to senior executives
• Knowledge of the commodities market (soy, cotton, corn, sugarcane) and experience with mills is a significant advantage
