This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take full ownership and close a designated portfolio within the Quebec - Maritime healthcare sector.
• Manage comprehensive sales cycles from initial discovery to final closure, including multi-stakeholder and executive-level negotiations.
• Collaborate closely with SDRs and BDRs to transform high-quality leads into significant vertical opportunities and closed deals.
• Perform thorough discovery to gain insights into clinical workflows, operational challenges, incentives, and hidden pain points.
• Analyze intricate clinical and operational processes to effectively demonstrate where Heidi provides leverage and return on investment.
• Deliver engaging and persuasive product demonstrations and presentations tailored to specific customer scenarios.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline utilizing a blend of outbound, inbound, and product-driven signals.
• Navigate discussions surrounding procurement, legal, and security with confidence and accuracy.
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to foster deal momentum and ensure successful transitions.
• Continuously enhance messaging, positioning, and deal strategies to outperform competitors and achieve market success.
• A proven track record of closing deals, taking full responsibility for results, and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Intellectually sharp, receptive to coaching, and persistently driven to refine their skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and achieving success through determination and effort.
• Motivated by ownership, leverage, and long-term potential rather than immediate comfort.
• A clear and credible communicator capable of building trust with clinicians, operators, and executives.
• Experience in software sales is preferred; background in healthcare or SaaS is advantageous but not mandatory.
