This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and enhance crucial client relationships within a portfolio of healthcare providers and financial institution (lockbox) clients, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and sustained partnership value.
• Promote revenue growth and increase wallet share through: Contract renewals and renegotiations; Expansion of Payment Automation and Lockbox Healthcare service offerings.
• Oversee comprehensive account management, which includes: Financial performance (revenue, margin, forecasting accuracy); Operational delivery oversight and service quality; Engagement with executive-level stakeholders.
• Formulate and implement account strategies (1–3 year outlook) that align with client goals and Guidehouse growth priorities.
• Collaborate across functions with Product, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to: Enhance revenue recognition and billing accuracy; Propel automation and process standardization (e.g., invoicing, reporting, workflows); Facilitate scalable delivery models.
• Lead intricate commercial discussions and negotiations with healthcare systems and banking clients, addressing pricing, scope, and contractual terms.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, governance, and risk management, including: Regulatory and contractual obligations (e.g., PCI, data privacy, audit readiness); Engagement governance frameworks and documentation.
• Spearhead operational transformation initiatives, including the implementation of tools, automation, and enhancements in service delivery.
• Mentor junior account managers and analysts, enhancing team capability, scalability, and overall performance.
• Collaborate and coordinate with offshore Delivery centers.
• 10+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Consulting within Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Payment Automation, or Financial Services.
• Proven track record in managing client portfolios with responsibility for revenue and margin performance.
• Deep understanding of Healthcare RCM workflows (e.g., ERA, billing, reconciliation).
• Experience in payment processing and/or bank lockbox operations.
• Demonstrated capability in driving contract negotiations and client expansion strategies.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving product, operations, and finance.
• Ability to influence senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Experience with financial forecasting, pricing models, and revenue recognition processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to navigate ambiguous and complex business challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree required (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree).
