This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Develop and oversee a sales pipeline throughout Italy to meet and surpass revenue objectives.
• Discover new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with end users, consultants, and system integrators.
• Advocate for Genetec solutions, including video management, access control, ALPR, and unified security platforms.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Collaborate closely with channel partners to enhance market presence and pursue joint opportunities.
• Work in tandem with internal teams such as pre-sales engineers, marketing, and partner groups to create effective sales strategies.
• Present product demonstrations, value propositions, and presentations to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure precise forecasts and effective pipeline management using CRM tools.
• Act as a representative for Genetec at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings across Italy.
• Keep track of market trends and the competitive landscape to identify potential growth opportunities.
• Proven track record of success in enterprise or complex B2B solution sales.
• Experience in selling physical security solutions.
• Strong history of direct engagement with end users and consultative selling skills.
• Familiarity with a channel-driven or partner-based sales model.
• Ability to navigate sales environments involving multiple stakeholders and lengthy buying cycles.
• Proficiency in both Italian and English.
