This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting (in collaboration with Business Development) to closing deals for enterprise-level accounts.
• Engage with senior executives (CROs, CFOs, RevOps leaders) to position Forma.ai as a trusted partner in optimizing sales performance.
• Craft customized sales strategies aimed at penetrating key accounts and enhancing existing relationships.
• Consistently meet and surpass sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
• Utilize data-driven insights to pinpoint high-potential opportunities and expedite deal progression.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing to generate qualified leads and create multi-threaded sales opportunities.
• Master the Forma.ai sales methodology to ensure repeatable success throughout complex sales cycles.
• Facilitate a smooth transition between sales and implementation teams to deliver a world-class customer experience.
• Streamline sales processes to minimize friction and enhance efficiency in deal execution.
• Employ our revenue technology stack to track, manage, and optimize sales performance effectively.
• Utilize AI-powered insights to refine outreach strategies and personalize engagement with prospects.
• Work closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Operations to ensure alignment in messaging, lead flow, and customer onboarding.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, offering feedback to Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities.
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise sales within the B2B SaaS sector, preferably with a focus on selling sales performance management or other revenue operations technologies.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding quotas, with a history of closing six- and seven-figure deals.
• In-depth expertise in navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and engaging senior executives effectively.
• Strong analytical skills, with the capability to leverage data and insights for informed decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to effectively convey Forma.ai’s value proposition.
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset, with experience working closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams.
