• Client Acquisition & Management: You will take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery to closing deals and executing contracts, driving new client acquisitions through a structured and repeatable sales process. Your role will involve leading discovery sessions, customizing product demonstrations, and facilitating discussions with stakeholders across complex buying committees. From the first meeting to final negotiations, you will oversee the complete deal lifecycle, cultivating trusted relationships with key decision-makers and ensuring that each solution aligns with organizational needs and is set up for long-term success.
• Pipeline Generation: You will enhance the pipeline through a mix of outbound prospecting, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, and targeted outreach at the account level. Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders at targeted health systems, you will identify new logo opportunities and transform Force’s market presence into a steady stream of qualified leads.
• Sales Operational Excellence: You will advocate for and promote internal sales best practices, including effective Salesforce reporting. Your performance will be evaluated against OKRs, and you will learn to transition successfully from closed/won opportunities to implementation and account management by our Client Success team.
• Sales Visibility & Forecast Accountability: You will maintain a transparent, data-driven understanding of your market by consistently monitoring pipeline health, creating new opportunities, and tracking deal progression against monthly and quarterly objectives. You will proactively communicate structured updates and insights to leadership, including performance trends, potential risks to goals, and real-time market feedback to ensure an accurate, current view of new logo performance.
• Feedback & Market Insights: You will contribute to internal and external thought leadership, sales enablement, and overall messaging and positioning by offering valuable, data-driven market insights gathered from prospect interactions, active prospecting, and market trends.
• Healthcare B2B Mastery: You have excelled in the digital health or healthcare B2B sector for a minimum of 3 years, possessing a deep understanding of the complex challenges and strategies involved in selling to hospitals and large health systems. You utilize data to guide your decision-making and sales tactics.
• Skilled Communicator and Negotiator: Your written and verbal communication skills are exemplary, demonstrated by previous roles or projects. Additionally, you possess outstanding negotiation skills when finalizing deals to ensure optimal value for our business.
• Executive Presence: You exhibit a natural charisma and the ability to effectively convey Force’s value in a compelling manner to executives from leading hospitals and health systems.
• Ownership: You have taken charge of challenges within the sales process and demonstrate the understanding of when to involve organizational resources to help advance prospects when they encounter obstacles.
• Tech/AI Enabled: You have a proven history of utilizing cutting-edge technology to enhance your ability to identify the right prospects and prepare for every conversation. You are experienced in using AI tools both professionally and in your daily life.
