This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Engage with both new and existing accounts by leveraging your Solutions Sales expertise to pursue and secure new Enterprise business while expanding the current install base.
• Deliver comprehensive business planning and reporting, including monthly forecasts, weekly commitments, and pipeline development.
• Collaborate with Extreme Partners to maintain our current relationships within the partner ecosystem and to attract new key partnerships in the regions.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.
• A proven track record as a hunter, demonstrating the ability to develop new prospective customers while collaborating effectively with cross-functional internal teams to achieve and surpass target quotas.
• Motivated to successfully finalize large, complex deals that encompass a combination of new business, established accounts, and channel management.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, with effective Solution Selling capabilities in Enterprise networking environments at the CXO level.
• Extensive experience in business plan development and forecasting.
• Must be a self-motivated individual with high energy and initiative, able to work with minimal supervision.
• A highly trusted business partner who upholds and expects high standards for themselves and their team.
• An accomplished Enterprise Account Executive with an established account base and robust regional relationships with customers, channel partners, and distributors.
• A solid background and well-established relationships within both the Channel and Distribution Channels in Central America and the Caribbean.
• Relevant industry knowledge and competitive insights.
• A proven and verifiable record of exceeding sales quotas, achieving Club status.
• Strong competitive industry and product knowledge, with the ability to articulate the Extreme Networks Business Value Proposition.
