This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Develops effective and professional relationships with key individuals in designated vertical markets.
• Sells, promotes, and secures orders from both existing and potential customers using a relationship-driven approach.
• Coordinates the participation of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to achieve performance goals and meet customer expectations.
• Achieves established targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within the assigned markets.
• Proactively facilitates a joint company-strategic account planning process that outlines mutual performance goals, financial targets, and critical milestones for both one and three-year timelines.
• Continuously assesses, clarifies, and verifies customer needs.
• Directs solution development initiatives that effectively address customer requirements while ensuring the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial software, storage, or networking engineering.
• This role typically requires 25% domestic travel, although occasionally it may require more.
• All prospective candidates must successfully complete a background check.
