This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Manage trialist and inbound inquiries from the initial contact to activation.
• Quickly respond to new leads and convert them into long-term customers.
• Create a sales funnel and generate opportunities through calls, emails, and prospect research.
• Qualify all sales leads to understand their needs and ensure Timely meets customer expectations.
• Present Timely's products and services to potential customers, addressing their inquiries.
• Demonstrated work experience as a Sales Account Executive or in a comparable role.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with the hair and beauty industry.
• Results-driven with a competitive spirit and a supportive approach towards teammates.
• Strong proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
