• Accountable for implementing a sales strategy focused on driving revenue growth with designated accounts.
• Oversee current assigned resellers while cultivating new business through lead qualification and development.
• Partner with the assigned regional RSM to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Remotely manage and sell to targeted accounts within the Commercial, Education, and Government sectors.
• Conduct research on assigned accounts to uncover potential opportunities.
• Lead the comprehensive sales process from initial lead generation to fulfillment.
• Develop expertise in Ergotron's value proposition and product offerings.
• Enhance coverage within assigned target accounts by maintaining consistent interactions with partners and end-customers.
• Collaborate with leadership and marketing to produce effective sales materials.
• Manage activities within Salesforce and other tools for effective communication and documentation.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining reseller information.
• Preferred BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in B2B sales, including responsibility for account management, self-generated leads, and regional or account management.
• Required strong knowledge and experience in the IT Channel.
• Proven understanding of IT equipment and its application within relevant industries.
• Skilled in prospecting at various organizational levels, identifying decision-makers, displacing competitors, and servicing the territory's established base.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing the sales funnel through Salesforce.
• Sales methodology certification preferred (e.g., Sandler, Miller Heiman).
• CompTIA or CTS certification is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, with the ability to create client-ready presentations in PowerPoint and perform basic database tasks in Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
• Prior CRM experience is required.
