This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +3 more states.
• Take charge of and expand a designated territory by consistently engaging in outbound prospecting through calls, emails, video, and social media channels.
• Assess both inbound and outbound leads, transforming them into a robust and reliable pipeline.
• Perform discovery calls and product demonstrations that align Fusion’s EHR and practice management features with the actual requirements of pediatric therapy practices.
• Navigate intricate healthcare purchasing processes, which involve multiple stakeholders and compliance factors.
• Negotiate pricing and contract conditions while balancing customer value with company goals.
• Ensure accurate tracking of opportunities, pipeline, and forecast data within Salesforce.
• Leverage AI-driven tools (such as CRM insights, conversation intelligence, and sales enablement platforms) to tailor outreach, enhance deal execution, and boost productivity.
• Represent Ensora Health and Fusion at industry conferences, webinars, and events centered on pediatric and behavioral health.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales Development, and Customer Success teams to foster long-term customer value.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, healthcare, or vertical software sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas and successfully closing new business deals.
• Demonstrated proficiency in outbound prospecting and generating self-sourced pipeline.
• Strong skills in discovery, presentation, and negotiation.
• Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM to oversee pipeline and forecasts.
