This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Develop and oversee an expanding portfolio of new accounts across various industries that are integrating conversational AI to assist ElevenLabs in achieving its revenue objectives.
• Discover new business prospects where ElevenLabs’ conversational AI solutions can enhance user engagement, automate processes, or improve cost efficiency.
• Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive understanding of the conversational AI landscape, encompassing customer use cases, competitive offerings, and emerging trends.
• Showcase expertise—or a strong eagerness to learn—about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs’ voice technology can create value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and more.
• 7-10 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology environment, preferably with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms.
• Experience in selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams is highly advantageous.
• A proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge or a strong willingness to learn about voice and audio AI and how our solutions can benefit prospects.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to foster and maintain relationships with stakeholders at every level of an organization.
• A balanced approach of customer and product-driven mindset that emphasizes client satisfaction and scalability.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, along with a deep understanding of business, cultural, and purchasing nuances throughout Southeast Asia and Greater China.
• Experience in selling across multiple Asian markets (particularly Mandarin-speaking regions) is strongly preferred.
