This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop and oversee a thriving portfolio of new, high-value enterprise accounts within the Customer Experience and Conversational AI Experiences sectors to assist ElevenLabs in achieving its revenue objectives.
• Discover new business opportunities that align with ElevenLabs’ product offerings and strategic roadmap.
• Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales in collaboration with the Growth team.
• Cultivate and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Conversational AI industry.
• Take responsibility for tracking KPIs and sales performance, providing weekly updates to the broader ElevenLabs team.
• Proven experience in creating a new category, company, or product in a market with previously no penetration.
• Approximately 7-11 years of experience in value selling technology products, ideally in Customer Experience and Customer Engagement for clients with a global presence.
• Ability to generate a self-led pipeline within a targeted list of accounts.
• Established network and experience in the IN CX, Support, and BPO sectors, with a history of selling to CXOs.
• Proven track record in closing deals and managing customer onboarding and satisfaction.
• Demonstrated previous ownership of all aspects of the customer lifecycle, including onboarding and support.
• Evidence of account farming skills leading to multi-fold growth.
• Experience at a top-tier growth company, with a solid understanding of sales processes and a high level of ownership.
• Drive initiatives that enhance ElevenLabs' market consideration.
• Experience with sales development activities such as campaigns, events, and partnerships that elevate ElevenLabs' profile among customers.
• Self-starter with strong analytical skills and proficiency in spreadsheets.
• Skilled in creating engaging presentations and product demonstrations.
• Market Insight: Extensive knowledge of the IN CX, Support, and BPO industries.
• Proficient in English.
