This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and oversee an expanding portfolio of new accounts across various industries implementing conversational AI to assist ElevenLabs in achieving its revenue objectives.
• Discover new business prospects where ElevenLabs’ conversational AI capabilities can enhance user engagement, automate processes, or improve cost efficiency.
• Create your own sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, collaborating with our SDR team to identify and connect with new accounts.
• Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive understanding of the conversational AI ecosystem, including customer applications, competitive solutions, and emerging trends.
• Exhibit expertise, or a strong eagerness to learn, about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs’ voice technology can add value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and more.
• 4-6 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company, preferably with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms.
• Experience in selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams is highly advantageous.
• A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated ability to self-source pipeline and maintain a disciplined outbound approach, rather than solely closing inbound or marketing-generated leads.
• A versatile professional who flourishes in autonomy and uncertainty, takes initiative without needing direction, and possesses a competitive spirit for building something from the ground up.
• Knowledge or a willingness to learn about voice and audio AI and how our solutions can benefit potential clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing and nurturing relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• A blend of customer and product-oriented mindset that prioritizes client satisfaction and scalability.
• Bilingual proficiency (English/French) is an asset.
