This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Taking full ownership of the sales cycle for your accounts, from qualification and discovery to demo, negotiation, and closing.
• Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline through a combination of inbound leads and proactive outbound prospecting.
• Conducting consultative discovery sessions to grasp each merchant's shipping, warehousing, and fulfillment requirements, and aligning Easyship's solutions accordingly.
• Presenting engaging product demonstrations and ROI-based business cases that effectively advance deals.
• Negotiating commercial agreements and finalizing deals to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Collaborating with global teams across sales engineering, onboarding, and customer success to ensure seamless transitions and strong customer experiences.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM data, forecasts, and pipeline hygiene.
• Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities to help Easyship sustain a competitive advantage.
• Over 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of achieving and surpassing quotas, ideally in SaaS or logistics.
• Proven experience managing the complete sales cycle and closing new business.
• A solid understanding of or a keen interest in eCommerce shipping, warehousing, and fulfillment logistics.
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment with a clearly defined sales process.
• A "Data-First" mindset complemented by strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in influencing and collaborating with distributed global teams.
• Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated resourcefulness, resilience, and self-motivation, thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with high expectations.
