This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, consistently achieving (and surpassing) quota and pipeline objectives.
• Design and implement a regional strategy to pinpoint high-growth prospects and unexplored markets.
• Foster strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with AWS Sales Leaders and Partner Managers to co-sell and enhance market presence.
• Collaborate with our Forward Deployed Engineers and Solutions Architects to address challenging technical obstacles for potential clients.
• Uphold a stringent standard for forecast accuracy in Salesforce, ensuring all proposals reflect DoiT’s esteemed brand.
• Guide clients from initial interest to successful contract finalization, ensuring a top-notch onboarding experience.
• Work closely with Marketing and BDR teams to drive demand generation, from campaign creation to post-launch evaluation.
• Travel purposefully (30-50%) to engage with AWS teams, participate in industry events, and meet customers face-to-face.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of comprehensive sales cycle experience (preferably in a new business-focused role) within the technology sector, specifically with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products and platforms.
• A demonstrated record of selling cloud services and grasping the intricacies of consumption-based models.
• Consistent history of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Strong network within North America.
• High level of self-discipline and experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting.
• Technically inclined, possessing a deep understanding of technology and the cloud computing landscape, with a passion for AWS products.
• You embody an entrepreneurial spirit—independent, curious, and determined. You don't just wait for leads; you actively generate them.
• Capacity to cultivate influential relationships within a matrixed environment and expand social circles that evolve into partnerships.
• Self-organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individual who is confident, thorough, and persistent.
• Analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented, able to shift focus from the broad perspective to specific details.
• Ability to work flexibly and independently in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
