This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Generate leads within your designated territory.
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives and assist in enhancing their efforts.
• Execute lead generation campaigns and coordinate marketing initiatives.
• Participate in customer events and uncover new sales opportunities through networking.
• Manage the entire sales cycle to successfully close deals, typically ranging from 6 to 9 months.
• Create and implement strategic account plans while understanding client needs and specific contexts.
• Qualify opportunities throughout the sales cycle and identify all client stakeholders, including C-Level executives (e.g., CIO, CISO, CPO), fostering mutually beneficial relationships with them.
• Drive complex sales initiatives, coordinating all engagements and mobilizing relevant resources to support the sales effort.
• Present and articulate the CyberVadis value proposition effectively, develop persuasive proposals, negotiate win-win agreements, and secure contract signings.
• Balance efforts between pipeline generation and opportunity management to consistently meet sales targets.
• Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and CyberVadis offerings.
• Maintain precise and timely forecasts, overseeing sales activities using company tools such as Salesforce.
• Master’s degree.
• Over 10 years of experience.
• At least 5 years of successful enterprise sales experience in an international B2B setting.
• Strong experience and capability in selling complex solutions.
• Solid negotiation skills along with business and financial acumen.
• Experience in selling Cloud/SaaS solutions to Global 5000 companies.
• Previous experience in selling Information Security, Cyber-Security, or related solutions is a plus.
• Autonomy, anticipation, reactivity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-growing startup environment.
• Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Ability to work effectively within an international team environment and easily connect with others.
