• Oversee and enhance relationships with current clients to promote retention and growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated success in account management or sales within the financial services sector.
• In-depth knowledge of the FX and CFD markets.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication capabilities.
• Capacity to comprehend client needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in the brokerage sector is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Japanese and a good understanding of English.
• Coverage under Social Insurance.
• Bonus in accordance with state regulations.
