This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Implement targeted cold calling strategies to generate leads and promote business expansion; achieve minimum weekly demo bookings.
• Assess market trends and competitor behaviors to uncover new opportunities in the veterinary sector.
• Build and maintain initial client relationships, understanding their needs while providing insights into our offerings.
• Initiate sales discussions with prospective clients to establish a foundation for future agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate a seamless transition of client accounts to project implementation teams.
• Offer mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of ongoing improvement and learning.
• Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, with a history of meeting and surpassing call objectives.
• Experience in the veterinary field, with a preference for candidates who have sales or business development backgrounds.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of quick thinking and problem-solving during client interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the early stages of client engagement and nurture accounts towards revenue enhancement.
• Proficiency in English is required; fluency in both English and French is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM platforms is an advantage.
