This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate with founders on sales calls and product demonstrations, facilitating follow-ups and outlining next steps.
• Sustain deal momentum through regular follow-ups and effective coordination.
• Draft and distribute proposals, emails, and contracts.
• Ensure the accuracy and currency of the CRM (HubSpot).
• Convert pre-qualified leads generated by the Growth team.
• Tailor messaging to suit various supplier profiles and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
• Monitor pipeline performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Manage the complete sales cycle for qualified opportunities.
• Proven experience in B2B sales — SaaS, enterprise, marketplace, or related fields — preferably with exposure to longer deal cycles.
• Comfortable taking ownership of the entire sales cycle.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust swiftly.
• Highly organized and persistent — ensuring that deals do not fall through the cracks.
• Familiarity with the operational aspects of sales (CRM, proposals, follow-ups), adept with modern sales tools and AI.
• Inquisitive and customer-focused — eager to understand customer perspectives, their challenges, and our solutions.
• Dependable and consistent — a reliable resource for customers and teammates alike.
• Competitive and ambitious — driven to succeed and enhance performance.
• Resilient — able to handle rejection, repetition, and maintain consistency.
• Take pride in mastering core sales fundamentals (outreach, follow-ups, CRM management).

• Located in Central Europe (remote-first).
• Fluent in English AND French and/or German (proficiency in both is a significant advantage).
• Willingness to attend events, trade fairs, and conferences, with an openness to travel.
