This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

• Sales DNA: Possess 1-3 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS.
• AI Optimist: Comfortable utilizing AI tools for research and email communications.
• High Agency: Capable of proactively enhancing processes.
• Operational Excellence: Demonstrate consistency and discipline in pipeline management.
• High Base Stability: We don't endorse "draws" or the burnout associated with 100% commission.
• The "Contract Multiplier": We incentivize retention-focused selling.
