• Drive consistent growth in sales territory year over year.
• Assist in the development of strategies and implement sales initiatives for OEM refrigeration clients to promote lower GWP refrigerant solutions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at all client accounts within the territory.
• Identify and outline opportunities for sales growth across Copeland controls, compression project services, and enterprise services products.
• Take full responsibility for achieving and sustaining sales within the territory.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical education and experience.
• Previous experience in refrigeration sectors such as Sales, Service, Technical Support, Engineering, Product Management, or Sourcing.
• Understanding of traditional sales techniques versus consultative solutions selling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
