This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Demonstrate the ability to proactively cultivate a book of business through outbound sales initiatives.
• Concentrate on pinpointing target Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts, executing outbound campaigns, and generating sales demand with the aim of securing closed-won business and ultimately satisfied CodeRabbit customers/advocates.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from the initial contact to product demonstrations, contract negotiations, and closing, with an emphasis on enhancing deal size and velocity.
• Manage the active sales pipeline while also refining and advancing our Enterprise Sales processes and playbook.
• Become proficient in the product and comprehend all aspects of CodeRabbit.
• Maintain an unwavering focus on addressing customer needs and challenges by effectively communicating the specific advantages of CodeRabbit through a blend of sales conversations, product demonstrations, and proofs of value (POVs).
• Exhibit comfort and proficiency with various sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, Command of Message, and more.
• Have held a closing and quota-carrying position for over 5 years, consistently surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Show a high level of empathy towards customers while demonstrating a curiosity to assist in resolving their challenges.
• Possess the technical ability to grasp CodeRabbit’s software and establish robust relationships with highly technical prospects and key business stakeholders.
• Willingness to go above and beyond with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset; capable of being self-directed and resourceful.
• Comfortable working swiftly and efficiently, confident in navigating ambiguity, and eager to contribute to the development of our Enterprise Sales playbook.
• Maintain a relentless drive for continuous learning and improvement through coaching and collaboration.
