This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Take charge of the entire sales process: identify potential clients, qualify leads, conduct Proof of Values (PoVs), and finalize deals.
• Generate outbound opportunities within designated mid-enterprise accounts.
• Provide impactful demonstrations and effectively communicate CodeRabbit’s value proposition to both technical and business audiences.
• Implement a land-and-expand strategy to increase usage and presence across various teams.
• Create business value assessments and quantify return on investment (ROI) for clients.
• Become an expert on the product, gaining a deep understanding of the CodeRabbit offerings and ecosystem.
• Collaborate across departments with marketing, product, and customer success to enhance playbooks and go-to-market strategies.
• A minimum of 8 years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in a technical SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated success in generating outbound leads and closing deals valued in the six-figure range.
• Experience in selling to engineering executives, including CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and DevOps professionals.
• Strong technical curiosity with the ability to quickly grasp complex products.
• Proven history of managing multi-threaded deals and employing value-based selling techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset.
• A strong sense of accountability, self-drive, and a desire to learn new skills and tackle challenges.
