This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Providing guidance to customers on potential solutions while fostering strong relationships through exemplary customer service.
• Crafting email sequences and efficiently responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Discovering and engaging new leads through inbound channels, following up via email or telephone.
• Conducting A/B testing on various approaches to enhance results and increase conversion rates.
• Performing online demonstrations of our platform to highlight the benefits and features of our products.
• Formulating and negotiating offers to successfully close deals with prospective customers.
• Upselling to current customers by recognizing additional value and benefits they could utilize.
• 1–2 years of experience in a sales position, showcasing a successful history of meeting and surpassing targets.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the capability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities: Proficient in identifying and addressing customer pain points and delivering effective solutions.
• Comfortable with utilizing a range of technology platforms and tools.
• Effective time management skills: Capable of managing workload efficiently and prioritizing tasks to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
• Positive mindset: Ability to collaborate well in a team, adapt to changes, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Enjoyment in providing online demonstrations.
