This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, embodying a strategic, partnership-driven, and trustworthy approach.
β’ Oversee and nurture current client relationships while pinpointing opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
β’ Create tailored solutions, prepare proposals, compute retainers, and facilitate the transition to project management.
β’ Organize regular client workshops (either remotely or on-site), assess client needs, and convert them into actionable steps.
β’ Manage a portfolio of accounts and meet a monthly revenue objective.
β’ Proven experience in account management, client consulting, or digital project settings (such as project management, consultancy, or product ownership).
β’ Excellent listening, organizational, writing, and communication abilities.
β’ Proficient with digital tools and platforms (including Shopware, Storyblok, headless CMS, e-commerce, UX, APIs, etc.).
β’ A solution-focused mindset.
β’ Confident in client interactions in German at a native-speaker proficiency level (C1+).
