This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• In addition to pursuing new prospects, you will collaborate with a select group of existing DivisionHex clients that present immediate opportunities to enhance and expand programmatic offensive and defensive security offerings.
• Develop and implement business development initiatives that align with our current and future Cybersecurity portfolio service offerings to meet sales bookings quotas.
• Responsible for devising and executing a quarterly business development plan and process, including coordinating all necessary internal and external resources to identify and secure business opportunities.
• Prepare quarterly evaluations on business prospects and market conditions to ensure that resources align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with our pre-sales solution architects for account planning and client engagement.
• Cultivate cross-functional working relationships with the project management team, delivery team, and marketing to ensure coordinated efforts and effective communication among all parties.
• Establish a repeatable process for deal review, approval, and lead deal execution.
• Enhance market awareness with clients in your territory, both internally and externally, regarding our Cybersecurity offerings.
• Contribute to Account Management, which includes Account planning, Client procurement, Meeting follow-up, Pipeline development, Opportunity pursuit, Contract negotiation, Risk management, Proposal and Statement of Work (SOW) development, and Revenue goals.
• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with client executives, effectively engaging new business and positioning the account for subsequent security engagements.
• Maintain contact with top decision-makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate in and guide aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the formulation of proposal pricing strategies.
• Lead client-facing management security strategy and planning sessions, as well as formal proposal presentations.
• Foster business development with new buyers and business units within existing accounts.
• 6+ years of demonstrated success in direct Cybersecurity-related sales or account management within a B2B sales environment.
• 2-3 years of experience in selling security consulting and managed services is highly preferred.
• Proven and consistent track record of meeting annual bookings targets.
• Established history of quota attainment, forecast accuracy, and consistent pipeline generation.
• Knowledge of security market trends, industry participants, new technologies, and business models.
• Exceptional ability to develop and lead relationship-building activities with C-Level executives, including CISO, CIO, CEO, CFO, COO, and CTO.
• Preference for candidates who actively maintain a network of C-level relationships.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
• Critical thinking skills to determine the best solution from multiple "correct" options.
• Willingness to travel 25% - 50% on a monthly basis.
• Bachelor’s degree (four-year college or university) or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
