This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jamaica.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling technology solutions.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns from prospects and clients.
• Comprehend and anticipate client requirements, implementing suitable long-term strategies.
• Expand business by increasing our presence with new customers.
• Accountable for creating a strong pipeline for acquiring new logo clients.
• Meet sales objectives and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to craft strategies for enlarging the customer base.
• Promote managed services and drive digital adoption for both new and current customer portfolios.
• Remain informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and market dynamics to discover new business opportunities and assess potential risks.
• Utilize personal networks and other connections to identify and chase opportunities.
• Maintain and cultivate an active pipeline of projected opportunities to achieve monthly quota targets while working through each opportunity alongside your manager.
• Identify potential sales prospects and provide accurate forecasts using Salesforce.com.
• Engage in training and professional development initiatives.
• Follow up with clients on outstanding proposals and action items from meetings.
• Evaluate customers' business needs, identify strategic partnership prospects, and formulate strategies to ensure customer growth, satisfaction, and retention.
• Assess cross-selling and up-selling avenues, ensuring that all company products and services are thoroughly presented and that the sales cycle is effectively executed.
• Outstanding interpersonal relationship and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in phone and in-person presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated success with at least 5 years in sales.
• Strong comprehension of technology products and solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of working independently and self-disciplined.
• Strategic thinker with the capability to analyze market trends and spot growth opportunities.
• Results-driven with an emphasis on achieving and surpassing targets.
• Strong follow-up skills and motivated to penetrate new accounts through persistent efforts.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A self-motivated and independent thinker, capable of advancing deals through the sales cycle.
