This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take full ownership of the entire sales process: prospecting, qualification, product demonstrations, proposal creation, and contract negotiations.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders within hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
• Grasp client requirements and effectively articulate how our technology alleviates challenges and provides a return on investment.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline utilizing CRM software.
• Meet and surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Work alongside the Marketing team to enhance messaging and generate qualified leads.
• Offer insights to Product and Customer Success teams to ensure our offerings align with market needs.
• Stay informed on industry developments, regulatory updates, and competitive dynamics.
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the healthcare or health IT sectors.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare market, including providers, payers, EHR systems, and revenue cycle management (RCM).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self-driven with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in CRM and sales engagement platforms.
• Experience selling to healthcare providers, RCM teams, or hospital systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, EHR systems, or healthcare billing workflows is advantageous.
