This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +13 more states.
β’ Manage a designated multi-state territory, concentrating on charter schools and specific nonprofits in growing markets.
β’ Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
β’ Identify, qualify, and finalize new business within a 60β90 day sales cycle.
β’ Address RFPs, develop solutions/scopes of work, prepare proposals, lead demonstrations, and present to boards for final authorization.
β’ Facilitate strategic and insight-driven discussions with school leaders, boards, and decision-makers, serving as a trusted partner.
β’ Navigate intricate organizational and purchasing dynamics (such as political and funding intricacies) throughout a multi-stakeholder sales process.
β’ Collaborate with internal subject matter experts during the deal-making process.
β’ Keep precise records of all outreach and opportunities in the CRM (HubSpot).
β’ Utilize tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft 365 Suite for prospecting and communication.
β’ Travel up to 40% for face-to-face meetings, conferences, or board presentations.
β’ A bachelor's degree is required, or equivalent experience is preferred.
β’ 2β5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a complex, multi-stakeholder setting such as SaaS, edtech, finance, or consulting.
β’ Demonstrated exceptional performance against sales quotas and targets.
β’ Proven track record of working with senior leaders and delivering presentations to boards.
β’ Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, sales and lead generation platforms such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and professional communication tools including RingCentral, Canva, Microsoft 365, and Adobe.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Consultative and mission-aligned approach to sales practices.
β’ Ability to operate independently and proactively in a remote work environment.
β’ Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding prospects with confidence and empathy.
β’ Quick adaptability to evolving markets and client requirements.
β’ Capacity to foster, encourage, and engage in a close-knit and highly collaborative team environment.
β’ Ability to understand and execute directions independently.
β’ Learn the necessary rules, regulations, and technical procedures related to finance and operations management for nonprofit organizations and charter schools.
β’ Experience or knowledge in education, nonprofits, or charter schools is advantageous.
β’ Experience in selling services and solutions in finance, accounting, or operational services is a plus.
