This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Identify and prioritize potential corporate accounts through research, cold outreach, and networking to build a robust pipeline.
• Actively generate new business opportunities to ensure a vibrant and productive sales funnel.
• Consultatively sell by gaining a comprehensive understanding of each client's business, industry, and challenges, then position Certus solutions that truly assist them.
• Present engaging product demonstrations and value propositions to decision-makers, including senior leadership.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from initial contact to the signing of contracts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (Salesforce), including notes, activities, and pipeline status.
• A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate training, SaaS, or professional services.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a full-cycle sales role.
• Ability to engage and influence executive-level decision-makers and various buying groups effectively.
• Strong pipeline management skills: you forecast accurately, advance deals, and maintain an organized CRM.
• Excellent communication abilities — comfortable presenting to a VP as well as composing follow-up emails.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office; experience with virtual selling platforms is an advantage.
