This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Educate healthcare professionals and care teams on the clinical relevance, prognostic significance, and supporting evidence for MI Clarity.
• Present clinical data, validation studies, and insights based on evidence.
• Conduct both in-person and virtual educational sessions.
• Position MI Clarity as a clinical decision-support resource that enhances patient care.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for territories and accounts.
• Establish and sustain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
• Identify and engage key opinion leaders within targeted accounts.
• Assist in the implementation of testing workflows across healthcare systems.
• Analyze performance data for territories and accounts.
• Maintain precise CRM documentation, forecasting, and records of account activities.
• Collaborate across functions with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, and other internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, healthcare regulations, and industry standards.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a background in life sciences or a healthcare-related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in one or more of the following areas: Oncology, Diagnostics, Molecular Testing, Pathology, Medical Devices, or Pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong knowledge of breast cancer treatment pathways and oncology terminology.
• Proven capability to foster relationships with healthcare providers and health systems.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and consultative selling abilities.
• Proficient in interpreting and conveying clinical data.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Experience in selling oncology diagnostics or precision medicine solutions is preferred.
• Existing connections within oncology or breast centers are preferred.
• Experience with launching new products or assays is preferred.
• Familiarity with pathology workflows and digital pathology is preferred.
• Knowledge of prognostic and predictive breast cancer assays is preferred.
• Experience in provider engagement and educational activities is preferred.
• Successful implementation of workflows within target accounts is preferred.
• Proven track record in territory growth and market penetration is preferred.
• Experience with CRM accuracy and activity execution is preferred.
• Travel is required, which may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
