This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +2 more states.
• Educate healthcare providers and care teams about the clinical utility, prognostic significance, and evidence supporting MI Clarity, highlighting its capability to identify both early and late distant recurrence risks in eligible breast cancer patients.
• Present clinical data, validation studies, and evidence-based insights while clarifying the distinctions between AI-driven pathology analysis and traditional genomic and molecular assays.
• Conduct both in-person and virtual educational programs, leading consultative and evidence-driven discussions on risk stratification, treatment planning, considerations for extended endocrine therapy, and strategies to minimize overtreatment and undertreatment.
• Position MI Clarity as a clinical decision-support resource that enhances patient care, addressing inquiries related to assay performance, patient selection, workflow integration, turnaround time, and clinical interpretation.
• Develop and implement strategic territory and account plans to enhance awareness, adoption, and utilization of MI Clarity.
• Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including medical oncologists, breast surgeons, pathologists, advanced practice providers, nurse navigators, health system administrators, and other clinical decision-makers.
• Identify and engage key opinion leaders, decision-makers, and clinical advocates within target accounts to foster adoption and long-term use.
• Facilitate the implementation of testing workflows and operational integration within healthcare systems and clinical practices.
• Analyze territory and account performance data to identify growth opportunities, track utilization and adoption trends, and develop focused engagement strategies.
• Maintain precise CRM documentation, forecasting, and records of account activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, and other internal teams to promote customer success and achieve business objectives.
• Ensure that all activities comply with company policies, healthcare regulations, and industry standards, maintaining accurate, balanced, and approved clinical and promotional communications.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; a preference for life sciences or a healthcare-related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in one or more of the following areas: Oncology, Diagnostics, Molecular Testing, Pathology, Medical Device, or Pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong knowledge of breast cancer treatment pathways and oncology terminology.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with healthcare providers and health systems.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and consultative selling abilities.
• Capability to interpret and convey clinical data effectively.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Travel is required, which may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
