This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Educate healthcare professionals and care teams about the clinical utility, prognostic significance, and evidence supporting MI Clarity.
• Present clinical data, validation studies, and evidence-based insights.
• Conduct both in-person and virtual educational programs while leading consultative discussions on risk stratification and treatment planning.
• Position MI Clarity as a clinical decision-support tool that enhances patient care.
• Develop and implement strategic territory and account plans.
• Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including medical oncologists, breast surgeons, and pathologists.
• Identify and engage key opinion leaders within target accounts.
• Support the implementation of testing workflows and operational integration.
• Analyze territorial performance data to uncover growth opportunities.
• A bachelor's degree is required; a background in life sciences or a healthcare-related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of successful sales experience in one or more of the following areas: Oncology, Diagnostics, Molecular Testing, Pathology, Medical Devices, or Pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong understanding of breast cancer treatment pathways and oncology terminology.
• Demonstrated ability to forge relationships with healthcare providers and health systems.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
• Capacity to interpret and communicate clinical data effectively.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
