This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Provide education to healthcare providers and care teams regarding the clinical utility, prognostic significance, and supporting evidence of MI Clarity.
• Share clinical data, validation studies, and insights based on evidence, while clarifying how AI-driven pathology analysis differs from traditional genomic and molecular assays.
• Facilitate both in-person and virtual educational sessions, leading consultative discussions based on evidence regarding risk stratification, treatment planning, extended endocrine therapy considerations, and strategies to minimize overtreatment and undertreatment.
• Establish MI Clarity as a clinical decision-support resource that enhances patient care.
• Design and implement strategic plans for territories and accounts to promote awareness, adoption, and use of MI Clarity.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including medical oncologists, breast surgeons, pathologists, advanced practice providers, nurse navigators, health system administrators, and other clinical decision-makers.
• Identify and engage key opinion leaders, decision-makers, and clinical advocates within targeted accounts to facilitate adoption and sustained use.
• Assist with the implementation of testing workflows and operational integration within healthcare systems and clinical practices.
• Evaluate territory and account performance data to uncover growth opportunities, track utilization and adoption trends, and create focused engagement strategies.
• Keep precise records in the CRM, including documentation of forecasting and account activities.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a background in life sciences or a healthcare-related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of successful sales experience in Oncology, Diagnostics, Molecular Testing, Pathology, Medical Devices, or Pharmaceutical sales.
• A solid understanding of breast cancer treatment pathways and oncology terminology.
• Demonstrated ability to foster relationships with healthcare providers and health systems.
• Strong presentation, communication, and consultative selling capabilities.
• Competence in interpreting and conveying clinical data.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
• Travel is necessary, which may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
