This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Educate healthcare providers and care teams on the clinical effectiveness, prognostic significance, and supporting evidence for MI Clarity, highlighting its capability to identify both early and late distant recurrence risk in eligible breast cancer patients.
• Present clinical findings, validation studies, and evidence-based insights, while clarifying how AI-driven pathology analysis differs from traditional genomic and molecular assays.
• Facilitate both in-person and virtual educational programs, leading consultative, evidence-based discussions on risk stratification, treatment planning, extended endocrine therapy considerations, as well as strategies to mitigate overtreatment and undertreatment.
• Position MI Clarity as a clinical decision-support instrument that enhances patient care, addressing queries related to assay performance, patient selection, workflow integration, turnaround time, and clinical interpretation.
• Develop and implement strategic territory and account plans to foster awareness, adoption, and utilization of MI Clarity.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including medical oncologists, breast surgeons, pathologists, advanced practice providers, nurse navigators, health system administrators, and other clinical decision-makers.
• Identify and engage key opinion leaders, decision-makers, and clinical advocates within target accounts to promote adoption and long-term use.
• Support the implementation of testing workflows and operational integration within healthcare systems and clinical practices.
• Analyze territory and account performance data to pinpoint growth opportunities, track utilization and adoption trends, and formulate targeted engagement strategies.
• Maintain precise CRM documentation, forecasting, and account activity records.
• Collaborate across functions with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, and other internal teams to bolster customer success and achieve business objectives.
• Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, healthcare regulations, and industry standards, maintaining accurate, balanced, and sanctioned clinical and promotional communications.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in life sciences or a healthcare-related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in one or more of the following areas: Oncology, Diagnostics, Molecular Testing, Pathology, Medical Device, or Pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong comprehension of breast cancer treatment pathways and oncology terminology.
• Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with healthcare providers and health systems.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
• Capability to interpret and convey clinical data effectively.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Experience in selling oncology diagnostics or precision medicine solutions is preferred.
• Established relationships within oncology or breast centers are preferred.
• Experience in launching new products or assays is preferred.
• Familiarity with pathology workflows and digital pathology is preferred.
• Knowledge of prognostic and predictive breast cancer assays is preferred.
• Experience in provider engagement and educational activities is preferred.
• Successful workflow implementation within target accounts is preferred.
• Proven track record of territory growth and market penetration is preferred.
• Accuracy in CRM and execution of activities is preferred.
• Travel is required, which may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
